These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions with Banjara Packages. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- The standard booking advance is 30% of the total package cost unless otherwise specified.
- The remaining balance must be cleared 5–7 days prior to the travel date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of travel, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
- Final vouchers and travel details are shared after complete payment is received.
Pricing & Inclusions
- Package prices are based on the number of travelers, travel dates, and selected accommodation category.
- Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Any increase in hotel tariffs, transport charges, fuel prices, or government taxes before confirmation may affect the final package cost.
- Only services specifically mentioned in the itinerary under “Inclusions” are covered.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges may vary during peak season, long weekends, or special events.
- Any non-refundable hotel or vendor component will be deducted as per vendor policy.
Amendments & Changes
- Date changes and itinerary modifications are subject to availability and price revisions.
- Any amendment request must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Additional charges may apply for changes after booking confirmation.
Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to reach pickup points on time.
- Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by the traveler will be directly chargeable to the traveler.
- Travelers must adhere to local laws and hotel policies during the trip.
Hotel & Transport Disclaimer
- Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. In case of unavailability, a similar category hotel will be provided.
- Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies.
- Sightseeing is subject to local conditions, weather, traffic, and government restrictions.
- Drivers are assigned for transport services only and are not authorized tour guides unless specified.
Force Majeure
Banjara Packages shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, landslides or road closures, political unrest, government restrictions, weather conditions, and pandemic-related disruptions.
In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements as per vendor policies.
Limitation of Liability
- Banjara Packages acts as a travel planner and coordinator between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport vendors, activity operators).
- We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or service deficiencies of third-party providers.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip.

- All content on this website, including itineraries, descriptions, and images, is for informational purposes.
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries or package details when necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
